For the second time, the Global Grand Finale Day was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. All types of key stakeholders, such as VCs, Ecosystem Partners, the Minister of Business of Denmark, and more attended the event. The event consisted of breathtaking performances and mesmerizing startups driven by talent and innovation from across the globe. Together we embraced the rich tapestry of diversity and announced Global Finalists and Winners for this season.

Welcome, and Doors opened!
A welcoming and inviting music was awaiting right at the door, prepare for an easy check-in that takes seconds.

The moment all were waiting for is to find out the global finalists and winners of the night, along with insightful interviews, funny host sketches, and a lot of dance at the GSA’s nightclub.
An Excellent Delight of Food and Entertainment!
The real show started after being immersed in the three different entertainment acts and breathtaking acrobatic performances. All this happened while our guests enjoyed a delicious 3-course menu enriched with wine.
We finished the night dancing our shoes off with the sound of familiar hits of our DJ.

THE VENUE
Right in the heart of Copenhagen, where we found one of the city's most emblematic places, the Circus Building (Cirkusbygningen).
Global Grand Finale 21 Survey
The oldest of its kind in Europe, the Circus building has been a Danish cultural icon since 1886.
In this magical setting, we celebrated an award show mixed with the essence of a traditional circus show.
Our Team has set up a thorough guide for our international guests, including but not limited to food, places and more!
A GREEN THEME FOR A GREENER FUTURE
Last season’s focus was on the relevance of green innovation and how to push society in a greener direction, thus, contributing to Denmark’s Green Future and the rest of the world’s green agenda.
SPECIAL GUEST
Morten Bødskov, the Danish Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs marked his presence by giving a speech and handing out an award, at the Global Grand Finale.

A JOURNEY TOWARDS
A GREENER WORLD
Global Startup Awards wants to keep empowering the entrepreneurial community on its commitment to progress and innovate, which entails that this year’s Global Grand Finale encompassed core values that align with a greener and more sustainable world!
This also means that part of GSA’s agenda was to guarantee its contribution towards “achieving a better and more sustainable future for all” set by the United Nations General Assembly and intended to be achieved by the year 2030. Therefore, GSA has officially announced the creation of a new category at the global level called Best Green Tech Startup.
Besides, in order to celebrate GSA’s first region ever created (back in 2012), the Global Grand Finale Days was celebrated in Copenhagen, Denmark with full support from the Danish Business Authority which aims at making Denmark an easy and attractive place to run a responsible business and create development throughout the country.
All in all, the global Grand Finale Days are conducted from Denmark, with a global taste.
