VIENNAUP 2026: WHERE THE STARTUP ECOSYSTEM TOOK OVER THE CITY

For five days, Vienna became a playground for innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.

ViennaUP 2026 once again transformed the Austrian capital into a vibrant meeting point for startups, investors, corporates, researchers, creatives, and ecosystem builders from around the world. Rather than being confined to one venue, the festival unfolded across the entire city, from conference stages and coworking spaces to cafés, rooftops, and cultural hotspots, creating an atmosphere where conversations and connections happened everywhere.

With more than 50 events hosted across 29 locations, ViennaUP showcased the diversity and energy of Europe’s startup ecosystem while strengthening Vienna’s position as an international innovation hub.

From AI-focused discussions and ecosystem summits to workshops, side events, and spontaneous networking moments across the city, ViennaUP demonstrated how innovation thrives when diverse communities come together.
